Availability of quality seeds in production krisan (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat cv Dewi ratih) cultivation is still rare, therefore research on seed multiplication through tissue culture needed. The media used relatively expensive for home industry. This study aims to determine the respond leaf and stem explants using foliar fertilizers (Growmore, Gandasil D Mutiara) as an alternative callus inductions. a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisted 4 treatments: P0: ½ MS + 0,25 mg/l BAP, P1 (Growmore BAP), P2 (Gandasil P3 (Mutiara BAP). variables observed this included appearance time, color texture. result indicated that use BAP (6-Benzyl Amino Purine) affected time formation morphology. Callus was formed 13 days after planting while 7 compact Growmore treatment yields best explant, explant.
